Mid-level Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Accurately document client transactions, payment reconciliations, and bank reconciliations within the financial system by set deadlines.

• Oversee the acquisition of documents necessary for the financial closing process of clients.

• Generate reports, perform tax calculations, and complete U.S. forms as needed.

• Compile and present reports essential for the financial analysis of each client company, including: Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reports; Cash Flow reports; Management Income Statements (DRE); and Revenue and Expense reports categorized by cost center.

• Track client bank account transactions to ensure precise recording in financial systems.

• Confirm that payments are entered into clients' banking systems and liaise with clients to authorize financial transactions.

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Financial Management — or currently pursuing a degree in one of these disciplines.

• At least 2 years of experience as a mid-level Financial Analyst in a prior role.

• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.

• Strong command of English (evaluation will occur during the interview).

• Familiarity with international financial systems such as Totus, NetSuite, or equivalent platforms.

• Experience with global accounting systems, including QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software.
