Mid-Level Electrical Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.

• Provide mentorship to junior-level MEP engineers while assisting with proposal initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.

• Over 5 years of relevant MEP experience.

• Proficiency in essential software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM.

• Experience with federal projects will be considered advantageous.

• Background in mentoring and training team members.

• Demonstrated experience in leading projects, supporting proposal efforts, and engaging with clients.

• A PE license is highly desirable; EIT certification is preferred, with plans to obtain a PE license in the near future.

• Capability to thrive in a team setting, showcasing a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach.

• Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results.
