This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
β’ Become a part of the expanding Professional Design Services team.
β’ Assume a leadership position in the design and assessment of electrical systems.
β’ Provide mentorship to junior-level MEP engineers while assisting with proposal initiatives.
β’ Engage in a variety of projects spanning multiple markets and locations.
β’ Enhance your knowledge and refine your skills in building systems design.
β’ Navigate efficiently through different design phases, from conceptual plans to construction documents.

β’ Bachelorβs degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.
β’ Over 5 years of relevant MEP experience.
β’ Proficiency in essential software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM.
β’ Experience with federal projects will be considered advantageous.
β’ Background in mentoring and training team members.
β’ Demonstrated experience in leading projects, supporting proposal efforts, and engaging with clients.
β’ A PE license is highly desirable; EIT certification is preferred, with plans to obtain a PE license in the near future.
β’ Capability to thrive in a team setting, showcasing a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach.
β’ Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results.
