Mid-level Developer – Python, Django, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the creation of systems with a full-stack approach — engaging in activities that encompass the entire software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to supporting the final deployment of features, adhering to agile development methodologies.

• Set up project configurations, adhering to both internal and client protocols to maintain the integrity, traceability, and sustainability of the software project.

• Analyze functional specifications and generate technical specifications using descriptive text and other compatible models to ensure high coding standards.

• Mentor and assist developers within the project development team.

• Code and integrate software components in accordance with technical specifications, utilizing the designated development tools, programming languages, and libraries for the project.

• Identify, construct, and test developed components to guarantee quality.

• Execute corrective and evolutionary maintenance on software components.

• Create technical documentation that aligns with the contractual obligations of the project.

• Integrate developed components with those created by other team members, employing the integration tools specified for the project.

• Establish and configure local development environments based on project requirements and needs.

• Offer support to the client's IT team and users as needed, concerning the features and specifics of the developed components, modules, and software packages.

• Conduct and implement integration tests within the client's environment to ensure full functionality of the software and its components.

• Oversee acceptance testing and the deployment of software in the client's environments in line with the contractual agreement.

• Provide training and knowledge transfer to the client on the software developed to ensure proper system operation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field to Software Development or Software Engineering.

• Desired experience: 4 years in a technical IT position utilizing agile methodologies.
