This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Join a team dedicated to assisting both new and existing customers with their data engineering requirements.
• Guide clients in making optimal technical choices to fulfill their objectives.
• Actively manage multiple customer accounts, tracking and reporting on their progress.
• Design, construct, and implement intricate data solutions, troubleshoot issues, apply transformations, and suggest data cleansing and quality strategies.
• Evaluate data sources to assess their worth and recommend their inclusion in analytical workflows.
• Integrate fundamental data management skills, including data governance, security, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate within and across teams to facilitate delivery and educate end users about data products and analytic environments.
• Conduct data and system analyses, addressing and resolving defects and incidents of moderate complexity appropriately.
• Test data movement, transformation code, and data components.
• Highly motivated professional with a commitment to continuous learning. Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Preferred: Experience with one or more of the following areas:
• Data Engineering technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
• Data Science and Machine Learning technologies (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, HPO)
• Data Warehousing (e.g., SQL, OLTP/OLAP/DSS)
• Preferred: Databricks data engineering or machine learning certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field.
