This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Prepare, assess, and negotiate a substantial number of commercial agreements, such as NDAs, MSAs, distribution agreements, supply and procurement contracts, and service agreements.
β’ Assist with contracts focused on supply chain and manufacturing, encompassing vendor, supplier, and operations agreements.
β’ Offer practical, business-centric legal advice regarding contract terms, risk distribution, and negotiation tactics.
β’ Aid clients in large-scale commercial contracting projects, including the standardization and remediation of contracts.
β’ Facilitate contract lifecycle management (CLM) initiatives, covering implementation, enhancement, and ongoing contract operations.
β’ Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (procurement, operations, finance, and compliance) to ensure contracts align with business goals.
β’ Contribute to the development of contract playbooks, templates, and process enhancements to promote scalable contracting practices.
β’ Provide support or engage with international teams or counterparties as required.
β’ Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent, with active bar membership in good standing.
β’ 5-14 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in-house or within a commercial-oriented practice.
β’ Proven experience in drafting and negotiating essential commercial contracts.
β’ Capability to efficiently manage high-volume workloads while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
β’ Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Comfortable working in remote or hybrid settings.
