Mid-level Business Analyst – Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Respond to and monitor client inquiries pertaining to support and incidents.

• Assist in validating the functional specifications created by the Product team.

• Receive support tickets, confirm the accuracy of client reports, correctly categorize the tickets, replicate the issues, and provide evidence for the development team to address.

• Guide clients and follow up on package delivery and associated procedures.

• Address complaints and nonconformities raised in tickets, and in critical situations, notify the Relationship/Product teams and leadership.

• Support the Relationship team during client status meetings related to support, upon request.

• Collaborate with leadership and/or clients to analyze requests, providing consultative input to determine the project scope solution considering available technical options.

• Contribute to planning project and support structures to clarify assigned tasks while sharing ideas or suggesting actions that facilitate project completion.

• Provide technical assistance to testers/validators and detail business requirements for developers.

• Serve as a leadership backup for the triage and analysis of open tickets.

• Oversee parameterization and aid in product rollout/implementation at client locations.

• Adhere to and apply specification standards to ensure the quality (governance) set by the company.

• Deliver internal and/or external technical training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical vocational high school diploma in technology, or currently enrolled in a university degree program in technology or a related field.

• Experience in the insurance sector (any functional area).

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Preferred:

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

• Technical proficiency in English.
