Mid Graphic/Motion Designer, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop product videos and motion assets (walkthroughs, feature clips, explainers) from initial concept to final delivery.

• Create web motion experiences (hero loops, micro-interactions, hover states) that align with our design system.

• Generate high-performing creatives for experiments (A/B tests across various formats, durations, and messaging).

• Provide multi-format assets for web and paid channels, ensuring consistency across breakpoints and platforms.

• Manage art finalization for digital deliverables (exports, formats, performance optimization, accessibility).

• Collaborate with Web/Front-end teams on implementation (Lottie, SVG, motion specifications).

• Maintain organized libraries, templates, and reusable components.

• Conduct quality assurance on assets across devices, browsers, and formats to ensure quality and performance.

• Contribute to the development of motion guidelines and system consistency.

• Work with Marketing to iterate based on performance insights (e.g., engagement, click-through).

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in motion design, video editing, and graphic design (either in an agency or in-house).

• A robust portfolio showcasing:

• Product or SaaS videos

• Motion design for web (micro-interactions, UI animations)

• Social or advertisement creatives

• Strong fundamentals in clean, modern design

• Practical experience with art finalization and production-ready assets.

• Background in designing for web and performance marketing (various formats and aspect ratios).

• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, UX, and Engineering teams.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and consistency.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing priorities effectively.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) — able to collaborate with global teams, write specifications, and participate in live reviews.

• Located in LATAM, with availability overlapping UTC-5 (±2 hours).

• Reliable internet connection and a workstation suitable for motion design tasks.

• Availability for weekly sync meetings and asynchronous collaboration.
