Mid Fullstack Developer, PHP, React, Cursor/Windsurf

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Participation in the development of IT solutions from start to finish (here, IT is not a "silo")

• Development of web applications (new features, bug fixing, refactoring)

• Involvement in designing the architecture of new solutions and the development infrastructure

• Participation in code reviews and ensuring the quality of created solutions

• Continuous improvement of development process standards

• Close collaboration with the team (Developers, PMs/POs, QAs)

• Commitment to high programming quality and maintaining a fast pace of task delivery (both individually and as a team)

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to utilize modern AI tools in programming (such as Cursor / Windsurf - Github Copilot is not "good enough"). Experience is not necessary, but you must understand the paradigm and have practiced it.

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience working with PHP, particularly with Symfony or a similar framework.

• At least 1 year of commercial experience working with the React.js framework, including some experience with Typescript.

• Practical knowledge of design patterns and best programming practices (SOLID, KISS, DRY, etc.).

• Proficiency in working with version control systems, such as Git.

• Ownership - independence and responsibility for assigned tasks.

• Attention to detail and diligence in work (both individually and within a team).

• Fluent command of the Polish language.
