This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Open and evaluate AI-generated documents in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint formats.
• Conduct side-by-side comparisons of two candidate document outputs to determine the superior option.
• Assess whether the final deliverables meet the initial task specifications.
• Analyze content quality and the overall presentation of the documents.
• Spot errors, omissions, inconsistencies, and formatting challenges.
• Review spreadsheets that involve financial modeling, data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and charts.
• Evaluate spreadsheet calculations, data organization, logic, formatting, table design, visual hierarchy, and user-friendliness.
• Examine Word documents for structural integrity, formatting, readability, styles, templates, tables, page layouts, track changes, and uniformity.
• Assess PowerPoint presentations for layout, visual hierarchy, charts, data visualizations, typography, spacing, composition, communication effectiveness, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Grade AI-generated office materials according to structured evaluation criteria.
• Offer clear written feedback highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and preferred outputs.
• Identify recurring errors in the model related to content, formatting, and rendering.
• Engage in calibration sessions to uphold consistent evaluation standards.
• Contribute to enhancing AI efficacy in professional document-generation processes.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in producing, reviewing, or analyzing business documents.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient Excel skills, including financial modeling, complex formulas, pivot tables, charts, and conditional formatting.
• Strong Word skills, encompassing long-form formatting, styles, templates, tables, and track changes.
• Solid PowerPoint capabilities, including slide design, layout, data visualization, and the creation of professional decks.
• A professional background in finance, consulting, accounting, investment banking, operations, business analysis, executive support, or a similarly document-heavy environment is highly relevant.
• Exceptional attention to formatting, visual consistency, and detail in presentation.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to articulate evaluation decisions clearly.
• Experience in developing reusable templates, style guides, or document standards is a plus.
• Prior experience in document QA, formatting reviews, or cross-format quality control is highly valued.
• Must possess and utilize the complete Microsoft Office desktop suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Project deliverables must be created using Microsoft Office desktop applications.
• Google Workspace, LibreOffice, and other Office-compatible alternatives are not acceptable for project deliverables.
• Work must be executed without the use of any confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or third party.
• H1-B and STEM OPT support is not available for this engagement.
• Flexible scheduling tailored to project requirements.
