This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +1 more country.
• Create, code, and design enhancements or extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain, focusing on Procurement and Sales processes.
• Assist with coding, unit testing, technical documentation, security protocols and permissions, as well as system and acceptance testing.
• Comprehend business requirements and work alongside Consultants to devise appropriate solutions.
• Partner with support teams to finalize design and testing documentation.
• Evaluate modifications for validity, accuracy, reliability, and compliance with standards.
• Establish data migration procedures that integrate Microsoft Dynamics solutions with other systems.
• Design, develop, and sustain integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and third-party or legacy systems using middleware solutions.
• Utilize knowledge of API design and consumption, including REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, and Azure AD service principals.
• Program using X++, including the Dynamics 365 F&O extension model, data manipulation, set-based operations, SysOperation, DMF, and the security framework.
• Over 5 years of technical development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain (previously known as AX).
• Practical experience specifically within the Procurement and Sales processes.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O development expertise adhering to best practices.
• Experience in planning and executing unit testing.
• Fundamental knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics Applications.
• Proficiency in Visual Studio Code.
• Basic understanding of Azure.
• Experience in developing and integrating Azure Functions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform: Flow (Power Automate), PowerApps, PowerBI.
• Knowledge of Web Services integration.
• Understanding of interfacing and interconnected systems.
• Awareness of key Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) within the Dynamics ecosystem.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong skills in prioritization and problem-solving.
• Focused on deadlines and deliverables.
