Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design, development, and enhancement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) platform.

• Provide scalable, compliant, and high-performance solutions that facilitate global business operations, financial processes, and system integrations.

• Design, develop, and maintain customizations within D365FO utilizing X++, extensions, and best practice design patterns.

• Create and support integrations between D365FO and external systems.

• Enhance the performance of batch jobs, queries, and data processing routines.

• Work collaboratively with functional analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3–6 years of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX 2012).

• Strong expertise in X++, Visual Studio, and Lifecycle Services (LCS).

• Familiarity with D365FO data management, data entities, and integrations (REST APIs, OData).

• A solid understanding of finance and operational business processes within ERP systems.

• Proven advanced proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required to effectively perform the duties of this role.
