Microsoft AI Developer – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, and execution of AI-driven solutions

• Architect and create multi-agent systems and sophisticated AI task-execution frameworks

• Design and implement Graph Connectors, API Plugins, and Azure AI Search

• Convert intricate business requirements into scalable and secure technical architectures

• Serve as the technical lead, ensuring the quality and performance of solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions

• Establish and advocate for development best practices

• Address complex challenges throughout the software development lifecycle

• Mentor and assist fellow developers

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies and Azure

• Demonstrated experience in developing enterprise-level AI solutions

• Strong foundation in software engineering principles

• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities

• Familiarity with C# and Python (preferred)

• Experience in front-end development using React (preferred)

• Understanding of cloud architecture and best practices in AI engineering (preferred)

• Background in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) (preferred)
