Microsoft AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven software solutions utilizing Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and other related Microsoft technologies.

• Architect and construct multi-agent systems along with advanced frameworks for executing AI tasks.

• Design and implement graph connectors, API plugins, and Azure AI Search to enhance enterprise intelligent solutions.

• Convert intricate business requirements into scalable and secure technical architectures.

• Act as the technical lead, ensuring the solution's quality, performance, security, and maintainability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, UX, and business stakeholders) to achieve results that align with strategic goals.

• Establish and enforce best practices through code reviews, documentation, testing methodologies, and technical standards.

• Identify and troubleshoot complex issues throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing decisions and promoting alignment.

• Mentor and assist other engineers, fostering team growth and continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Microsoft and Azure technologies, including: Azure AI Foundry; Azure OpenAI; graph connectors; API plugins; Azure AI Search.

• Demonstrated experience in developing enterprise-level AI solutions, such as: multi-agent systems; advanced orchestration and AI task-execution architectures.

• Strong foundation in software engineering, with the capability to work autonomously and take technical ownership.

• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
