Microsoft 365 Consultant, Microsoft Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Consulting, designing, and implementing tailored and innovative Microsoft (cloud) solutions.

• Development of topics related to Cloud and Modern Work.

• Performing requirements analyses and facilitating workshops with clients, including those at the C-level.

• Actively participating in project teams for our esteemed clients.

• Contributing to internal projects at ARES.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree (e.g., in STEM) or vocational training in IT.

• Strong understanding of IT technologies including Microsoft cloud services, identity providers, and client-server architectures.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 and its associated services.

• Experience in presales and project management.

• Acquainted with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

• Eager to quickly learn new subjects and enhance your skills in cloud technologies.

• Self-sufficient, customer-oriented, excellent communicator, and a team player.

• Willing to travel within Germany (averaging a maximum of 3 days/month).

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Prepared to undergo a security check (SÜ1 or SÜ2) as per the Security Clearance Act (SÜG).
