This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage and supervise a portfolio of Social Media accounts
• Provide direct assistance to client contacts
• Engage in weekly communications with vendors and operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, work quality, and enhancements
• Develop quarterly strategies for clients
• Create, oversee, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
• Grasp client positioning and their unique value propositions
• Ensure precise lead routing within a CRM system
• Oversee personal productivity and resource utilization
• Collaborate with the Associate Director to meet internal and client objectives
• Recognize and leverage the value of Programmatic campaigns
• Foster cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through client relationships and professional networks
• Implement and enhance LinkedIn advertising campaigns, which includes ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting for optimal ROI
• Manage around five mid-tier and enterprise accounts
• Achieve department KPIs related to client growth and goal achievement
• Monitor client NSMs and Client Satisfaction scores
• Cultivate trust and relationships with clients to support renewals
• Promote services that align with client objectives
• Report results to client contacts and executives
• Make strategic decisions regarding account direction
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a performance or digital marketing agency
• Practical experience in supporting B2B clients
• Extensive knowledge of paid social advertising campaigns, particularly LinkedIn Ads and/or Meta Ads
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Meta ad formats, including conversation ads, document ads, and CTV
• Proficient in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and similar tools
• Strong grasp of paid media fundamentals, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
• Capability to analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms
• Skill in driving and measuring results via OCT
• Experience in audience segmentation based on tier, job title, and related criteria
• Demonstrated, quantifiable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
• Ability to articulate strategy and narrate stories using data
• Proficient in organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects concurrently
• Willingness to travel to meet clients approximately once a year per client or as needed
• Must reside in Canada and have legal authorization to work in Canada
