This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, modify, and distribute both short- and long-form video content for social media and digital platforms.
• Aid in the planning, creation, and execution of content across various platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Assist in video production activities, which include filming, editing, captioning, and optimizing content for diverse audiences and platforms.
• Work collaboratively with team members from different departments to identify and craft stories that showcase Active Minds programs, events, and their impact.
• Support graphic design and content creation efforts utilizing Canva and other creative tools.
• Keep track of social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in content to guide the development process.
• Contribute to community engagement initiatives by managing comments, messages, and interactions with the audience.
• Provide assistance in content organization, asset management, and other marketing and communications projects as required.
• A strong passion for and experience in social media, particularly with extensive video editing skills.
• Familiarity with Canva (or comparable graphic design tools).
• Excellent skills in long- and short-form video editing, storytelling, and communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar editing applications).
• An interest in video filming, editing, and appearing on camera.
• Exceptional writing and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented and a creative thinker.
• A collaborative team player with a desire to learn.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, Zoom, and Dropbox.
