• Develop and sustain comprehensive financial models, including DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, and merger impact analyses.
• Execute target screening, conduct industry research, and perform valuation benchmarking to aid in pipeline growth.
• Oversee financial due diligence workstreams, including quality of earnings reviews, working capital assessments, normalization adjustments, and synergy quantification.
• Establish and track business performance metrics for deals, such as key performance indicator monitoring, profitability assessments, and trend evaluations.
• Assist in post-close integration monitoring – including synergy realization, purchase accounting, and performance relative to the deal thesis.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• At least 4 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, corporate finance, or a comparable field.
• Proficient in financial modeling, valuation, and analytical problem-solving.
• Proven quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in fast-paced settings while juggling competing priorities.
• Excellent collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach.
