Merchant Payment Services Market Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Identify and manage a pipeline of opportunities with organizations generating under $2.5M in revenue.

• Implement targeted sales strategies for merchants and carry out successful campaigns.

• Provide reports on activities and progress towards set objectives.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and banking partners.

• Drive business development and sales within the Small Business and Branch Banking sector.

• Collaborate with Business Banking Specialists and colleagues from branches.

• Conduct self-initiated prospecting activities.

• Travel frequently throughout the designated territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 2-3 years of pertinent sales experience.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

• Strong aptitude in sales techniques and pipeline management.

• Comprehensive understanding of payment processing and merchant services.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and Point of Sale systems.

• Exceptional communication, customer service, and teamwork abilities.

• Demonstrated history of success, motivation, and integrity.

• Must reside in the North Bay or San Francisco Peninsula areas.

• Ability to adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.

• Capability to meet relevant employment eligibility and background check requirements.
