This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Deliver strategic and consultative oversight for a portfolio of clients
• Formulate and implement account strategies that align Fiserv’s growth with the objectives of clients
• Drive new demand, revenue, profit margins, and client retention for Fiserv
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while identifying potential merchant prospects
• Maintain proactive accountability to enhance client experience and retention
• Address and resolve client issues effectively
• Over 6 years of experience in merchant acquiring
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• More than 6 years of experience in the Financial Institution Acquiring sector (preferred)
• At least 6 years of experience in managing client relationships within financial services (preferred)
• Project management or related field certifications (preferred)
