This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Address the merchandising requirements of customers through effective communication and relationship-building.
• Stock store shelves and manage or update displays as necessary.
• Act as a representative for Mondelēz in interactions with in-store personnel.
• Collaborate closely with sales representatives to enhance the visibility of Mondelēz products on the shelves.
• Create promotional displays to attract customer attention.
• Execute in-store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps.
• Place product orders using an iPad Tablet to ensure shelves and displays remain stocked.
• Guarantee that Nabisco's leading brands are prominently displayed, stocked, and maintained in accordance with Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Boost seasonal sales, create seasonal displays, and support new product launches.
• Exhibit a positive and enthusiastic demeanor while representing Mondelēz in-store.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence.
• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally required to push and pull weights exceeding 50 lbs.
• Previous experience in retail or grocery settings is advantageous.
• Reside within a 25-35 mile radius of the primary location: Belair, MD.
