Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Expand the number of sales points within the designated area.

• Collaborate closely with the supervisor to achieve sales objectives and targets.

• Ensure that in-store activities are aligned with and promote ongoing sales campaigns.

• Guarantee that in-store execution corresponds with the established plan, including promotional calendars, agreements, floor space, and planograms.

• Engage in merchandising strategies.

• Install and maintain point-of-sale (POS) equipment within the stores.

• Oversee your own territory and customer meetings.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Complete daily reports using the mobile application.

• Manage the product inventory within the assigned territory.

• Enhance customer satisfaction for both hot and cold beverages.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exclusive access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license is essential.

• Relevant experience in sales and/or merchandising is required.

• Proven ability to consistently meet or surpass sales targets.

• Capability to submit daily reports effectively.

• Exclusive access to a smartphone; utilizing an app in the work process is mandatory.

• Tech-savvy, with the ability to carry out digital tasks through the app, including post-shift reporting.

• Exclusive access to a computer and a reliable internet connection.

• Full-time commitment for a schedule of 32 hours per week is necessary.
