Mentor – Performance Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with our Success and Training teams to ensure VAs thrive with their clients during the initial 90 days.

• Decrease the overall number of VAs under your supervision being released due to performance issues, inadequate training, or poor customer management.

• Minimize the number of VAs in your care who resign from BVA.

• Enhance the number of VA referrals to our recruiting team.

• Elevate client satisfaction levels with their assigned VAs.

• Boost VA satisfaction at BVA and enhance overall well-being.

• Establish yourself as a benchmark for BVA culture and ethics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A seasoned VA who has successfully supported the same client for over 12 months.

• No prior disciplinary actions with clients and no performance-related flags.

• Must submit a positive letter of recommendation/endorsement from the current client.

• Must provide a positive letter of recommendation/endorsement from CSC or CSM.

• Must include a positive letter of recommendation/endorsement from 2 Brivity VA peers.

• Must meet the minimum productivity percentage in the current role over the last quarter.

• Passionate about Brivity and Brivity VA, enthusiastic about their job, and eager to be our strongest advocate.

• A person of integrity who consistently does the right thing in both life and work.

• Possesses strong attention to detail.

• Demonstrated history of effectively managing and coaching clients.

• Eager to assist and develop others.

• Regularly exemplifies the HEALTH values at BrivityVA (Hard Work - Extraordinary Results - Accountable - Leaders - Teamwork - Humble).

🏝️ Benefits

• An additional $35 per week.

• An extra $10 awarded after the Mentee successfully completes their first 30 days with no performance issues, escalations, or callouts.

• An added $20 after the Mentee successfully completes their first 60 days without performance issues, escalations, or callouts.

• An extra $30 upon the Mentee's successful completion of 90 days with no performance issues, escalations, or callouts.

• $150 for the Mentor for each Mentee who reaches a full 12 months with their current clients.

• An additional $500 for the "Top Mentor" of the year.

• Additional performance incentives and recognitions to be determined by management.
