This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations and collaboratively create evidence-based treatment strategies.
• Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms.
• Assist Members facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, while also having the flexibility to work with members dealing with substance use disorders as needed.
• Ensure precise and timely clinical documentation within our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Coordinate care as necessary and contribute to a nurturing, multidisciplinary environment.
• Engage in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.
• Comply with HIPAA regulations and all relevant state licensure requirements.
• Possess an active and verifiable license from one of the following Indiana licenses: LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC, as well as your state of residence if it is outside Indiana. All credentials must be confirmed through the State Board’s website during the application process.
• Have experience delivering psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth environments.
• Exhibit strong communication and clinical abilities with a person-centered, trauma-informed mindset.
• Be comfortable using EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth technologies.
• Demonstrate the capability to work autonomously in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity.
• Maintain a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and possess a reliable internet connection.
• The salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 - $80,000 and will be based on experience and professional licensure.
