Pre-Licensed Child & Adolescent Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-driven individual and group clinical care to patients and their families.

• Employ measurement-informed care to guide treatment planning.

• Lead and collaborate with other members of the care team (e.g., coach and psychiatrist).

• Provide constructive feedback on program curricula and training procedures.

• Offer insights regarding the various applications of technology in treatment.

• Stay informed about risk management issues.

• Ensure timely and comprehensive documentation.

• Engage in initial and ongoing training related to the application of evidence-based and technology-enhanced care delivery.

• Facilitate skills or skills practice groups as assigned. These CBT-based groups are designed for parents/caregivers and concentrate on skills development and implementation based on the InStride Health curriculum, integrating elements of ACT and PMT.

⛳️ Requirements

• Provisional / Associate licensure with one of the following designations:

• Provisional / Associate Social Work License & a Master's Degree from an accredited School of Social Work.

• Provisional / Associate Counseling License & a Master's Degree from an accredited graduate program.

• OR Pre-Licensed Psychologist with a Ph.D. or PsyD. in psychology from an accredited institution.

• Completion of a graduate-level clinical internship with therapy training is required.

• Experience working with children and adolescents, particularly those with anxiety and related disorders, is preferred.

• Experience and training in providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT) is preferred.

• Proficient computer skills, with an openness to adapting to new technologies.

• Strong written and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Ability to adapt and respond to change, working effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting.
