This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Provide exceptional quality of care to Participants to assist them in achieving their established goals for enhanced quality of life and well-being.
• Productivity benchmarks may differ based on customer contracts; however, the general standard is to complete 30 sessions of direct counseling care weekly.
• Engage in concurrent note-taking during sessions.
• Develop treatment plans and other necessary documentation.
• Participate in treatment team meetings with the customer, as needed.
• Attend weekly Synchronous Health team meetings.
• Join the Weekly Clinical Supervision Meeting.
• Advocate for Participants in decisions related to their clinical needs.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success activities and requests, ensuring the customer's needs are prioritized.
• Introduce successful models and techniques from previous experiences and research to effectively support participants.
• Assist in creating materials for communication, outreach, and marketing of Synchronous Health’s services to participants, clinicians, partners, and the broader industry (e.g., conference presentations, attending networking events, being active in professional organizations, etc.).
• Act as the initial point of contact for escalation for participants who are dissatisfied with any aspect of their experience.
• Report to the Operations team as a secondary point of escalation if participants’ issues remain unresolved.
• Stay updated on new developments in clinical care, including both analog and digital techniques.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Must possess a Licensed MA LCSW or be in pursuit of LMHC (with at least one year of outpatient clinical experience).
• Knowledgeable about state telehealth policies.
• Comfortable utilizing technology and conducting sessions via telehealth.
• Ability to foster a therapeutic relationship on a virtual platform.
• Maintain a polished and professional virtual presence.
• Demonstrated strong capacity to identify indicators for the appropriate level of care to address patient needs.
• Experience in treating various conditions and disorders as part of a comprehensive treatment plan with an interdisciplinary team.
• Proficient in using technology for administrative and clinical support (e.g., scheduling, notes, chat, web-based, or app-based interventions).
• Capability to work remotely from a secure, private location (an outpatient office or home office is acceptable; coffee shops are not permitted).
