Mental Health Therapist – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and collaboratively create evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms.

• Assist Members dealing with a diverse array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, with the flexibility to occasionally work with those experiencing substance use disorders.

• Keep precise and timely clinical documentation within our electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Coordinate care as necessary and foster a supportive, multidisciplinary atmosphere.

• Engage in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.

• Comply with HIPAA and all relevant state licensure regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid and verifiable license from one of the following New Mexico licenses: LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LISW, LMSW, or LMHC, as well as your state of residence if it is outside New Mexico. All credentials must be validated through the State Board’s website during the application process.

• Experience in providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth environments.

• Strong communication and clinical abilities with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.

• Proficient with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools.

• Capable of working independently in a remote environment with professionalism and integrity.

• Must have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and a dependable internet connection.
