Mental Health Therapist – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients aged 18 and older.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.

• Manage a caseload of 7 to 20 ongoing therapy sessions each week.

• Employ data-driven methods to enhance treatment effectiveness and modify approaches based on client progress.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals and make referrals as necessary.

• Keep progress notes and documentation in line with HIPAA and state regulations.

• Perform ongoing therapy sessions and assessments for new clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed in Georgia as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).

• Eager and motivated to obtain licensure in additional states.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with adults (18+).

• At least six months of experience in teletherapy.

• Skilled in clinical assessments, including PHQ-9.

• Familiar with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Availability for 8 to 24 hours per week.

• Spend 85% of working time engaged in client sessions.

• Choose 7 to 10 session hours between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.

• Be available during standard business hours for at least 1 hour per week for the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes per month for ongoing support.

• Complete, sign, and secure documentation in the EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
