This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver contracted virtual therapy services to children and adolescents aged 5–17+
• Provide evidence-based therapy along with clinical assessment, diagnosis, case conceptualization, and treatment planning
• Create personalized care plans tailored to developmental, behavioral, emotional needs, and treatment objectives
• Implement measurement-based care by analyzing validated clinical measures, which guide care planning and track progress
• Conduct virtual sessions utilizing CBT, DBT, MI, ACT, TF-CBT, PCIT, and other suitable modalities
• Identify safety issues, execute safety planning, and offer crisis intervention or escalation as needed
• Collaborate with parents, guardians, educational professionals, and other relevant parties for coordinated care
• Ensure timely, precise, HIPAA-compliant documentation in TimelyCare’s electronic health record
• Uphold treatment goals and documentation in line with professional, ethical, regulatory, and clinical standards
• Apply independent professional judgment within the scope of licensure, applicable laws, contractor obligations, and platform standards
• Typically conduct 55-minute therapy sessions, with additional time allocated for documentation
• Maintain professional boundaries while using the TimelyCare platform
• Current, unrestricted independent clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor or equivalent independent counselor license (LPC, LCPC, LMHC)
• Current, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure
• Current, unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensure
• Current, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Psychologist licensure (Ph.D. or Psy.D.; LP/LCP as applicable)
• Authorization to independently deliver clinical services within the relevant state
• Strong skills in clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, documentation, and active listening
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
• Capability to evaluate and address safety concerns, including crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety planning
• Associate or provisionally licensed therapists, school psychologists, and school counselors lacking a clinical therapist license are not eligible
• Preferred: Experience in delivering pediatric or adolescent behavioral health services through telehealth, school-based programs, outpatient mental health, or community mental health settings
• Preferred: Familiarity or certification in evidence-based pediatric and adolescent treatment modalities such as TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, PCIT, Parent Management Training, or trauma-informed care
• Preferred: Understanding of family systems and developmentally appropriate clinical interventions
• Valid U.S. work authorization; TimelyCare cannot provide sponsorship
• Professional liability coverage is provided for services rendered through TimelyCare, subject to applicable terms and coverage requirements
• Partial compensation may be available for eligible late cancellations and no-shows in accordance with relevant contractor terms
• Access to monthly APA/ASWB sponsored CE opportunities may be available
• Eligibility to engage in TimelyCare’s provider referral program, subject to program terms
• Contractor autonomy to establish service availability
• Remote virtual service delivery from a suitable home or professional office environment
