This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Perform clinical evaluations by administering and interpreting standardized screening tools to assess clinical acuity and identify the suitable level of care.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, patients, and their families to design and execute inclusive care plans that acknowledge the diverse identities of the patient and cater to their comprehensive treatment requirements.
• Continuously track progress towards treatment objectives and modify interventions as necessary.
• Provide brief, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals or groups in alignment with the treatment plan.
• Record all assessments, interventions, and progress notes in the EHR system, and utilize additional digital platforms for patient care.
• Coordinate care and collaborate with community agencies or external providers when required.
• Offer psychoeducation to patients and their families to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Consult with primary care providers, including FNPs, PAs, and physical therapists, to clarify diagnoses, conceptualize cases, provide brief interventions, and create shared care plans.
• Act as a subject matter expert by participating in patient-facing webinars or developing training materials for colleagues.
• Engage in internal training opportunities led by colleagues from mental health, physical therapy, and primary care teams.
• Deliver culturally responsive care, taking into account the unique lived experiences and requirements of patients from various backgrounds.
• Provided evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a variety of clinical presentations, with a strong focus on brief psychotherapy models such as SFBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
• Applied comprehensive knowledge of therapeutic theories and interventions suited for fast-paced clinical settings to ensure effective and prompt care delivery.
• Collaborated across various disciplines (e.g., medical, physical therapy, schools, social/community programs) to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
• Maintained a commitment to kindness, support, and positivity in all interactions with both patients and team members.
• Worked autonomously while actively contributing to a vibrant and collaborative virtual team environment.
• Utilized EHRs and digital platforms to ensure efficient, accurate, and seamless patient care and documentation.
• Operated from a private, professional home office that is conducive to conducting virtual visits with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Exhibited strong organizational and multitasking abilities, effectively managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing demands.
• Displayed a passion for fostering innovation and delivering outstanding mental health services.
