This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality and impactful virtual therapy utilizing evidence-based methods such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Action and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Leverage our advanced collaboration portal to engage with students, offering them essential support.

• Collaborate closely with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and colleagues to guarantee integrated care.

• Keep timely and accurate records of all clinical interactions to ensure seamless continuity of care.

• Work in partnership with our administrative support team to enhance overall student services, from initial outreach through to resource provision.

• Collaborate with leadership during critical patient situations to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Become proficient in our distinctive care model, allowing you to effectively assist college students while continuously honing your therapeutic skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess active independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) in Wisconsin. Multi-state licensure is a plus, as we operate across all 50 states.

• Capable of conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial intakes with clear diagnostic evaluations.

• Skillfully integrate conceptual understanding with appropriate treatment strategies.

• Experienced in treating a diverse range of students with respect and empathy.

• Able to identify and manage escalating risk situations effectively.

• Must have access to a laptop or desktop computer equipped with a quality video camera and a reliable internet connection to facilitate virtual therapy.
