This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a current, active, and unencumbered state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• Demonstrated excellence in diagnostic skills, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling utilizing evidence-based approaches.

• Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills are essential.

• Prior experience with or a willingness to adapt to delivering therapy virtually.

• Proven profound knowledge of the psychosocial dimensions of health and illness.

• Technologically adept and comfortable utilizing electronic health record systems.

• Strong understanding of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing regulations.

• Evidence of proficient crisis intervention abilities.

• Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital environment is preferred.
