Independent Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Delivers patient care utilizing evidence-based practices to effectively address the clinical needs of patients.

• Reviews and signs off on patient clinical psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and necessary consents in a prompt manner.

• Performs crisis intervention for individuals and families in accordance with the individual’s safety plan.

• Engages in regular case planning sessions with the Multidisciplinary Team as new information becomes available.

• Must hold an active, unrestricted mental health license in the state of residence and in Arizona, where services are provided.

• Comfortable operating in a remote work environment.

• Open to working during evening hours.

• Possesses a patient-first approach to care.
