This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead scheduled therapeutic groups and present relevant topics.
• Complete group documentation promptly following each session.
• Record all services provided in clients' medical files.
• Work collaboratively with the Clinical Director, Program Director, and other professionals to create comprehensive therapy, evaluation, and treatment programs.
• Ensure precise and timely client charting in accordance with company policies, DMHAS and Joint Commission standards, regulations, and clinical guidelines.
• Attend staff meetings periodically and offer training on therapeutic services and mental health issues.
• Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the Clinical Director, including providing individual support to clients.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Prior experience in behavioral healthcare is preferred.
• Must maintain all relevant licenses and certification requirements.
• Compliance with facility and regulatory entity licensing, certification, and credentialing standards is required.
• Familiarity with company policies and procedures, DMHAS standards and regulations, and Joint Commission standards and regulations is essential.
• Ensure accurate and timely client charting in line with clinical guidelines.
• Availability from Monday to Friday, 9:45 AM to 6:15 PM EST.
