This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Facilitate scheduled therapeutic group sessions.
• Present relevant topics to the scheduled groups.
• Complete group documentation immediately following each session.
• Record all services rendered in clients’ medical records.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director, Program Director, and other professionals to create comprehensive therapy, evaluation, and treatment programs.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as DMHAS and Joint Commission standards and regulations.
• Engage in staff meetings periodically and provide training on therapeutic services and mental health subjects.
• Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by the Clinical Director, including offering individual client support.
• Maintain all relevant licenses and certification requirements throughout the duration of the agreement.
• Comply with facility and regulatory standards for licensing, certification, or credentialing.
• Familiarity with company policies and procedures.
• Understanding of DMHAS standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission standards and regulations.
• Ensure accurate and timely client charting in line with clinical guidelines.
• Experience in behavioral healthcare is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
