This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Deliver high-quality clinical care consistently, reflecting the culture, values, and guiding principles of Rivia Mind.
• Maintain a weekly average of 31 patients, encompassing self-pay, insurance, and Medicare.
• Adhere to a steady weekly patient care schedule that aligns with Rivia Mind’s productivity standards.
• Implement Care Model practices that focus on continuity of care, frequent follow-up appointments, and effective management of schedules.
• Conduct thorough intake evaluations and create tailored, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Employ appropriate Psychotherapy practices utilizing various modalities (including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, etc.).
• Offer clinical support and counseling to diverse patient populations in a telehealth setting.
• Guide patients on managing ongoing health conditions and provide therapy to facilitate positive behavioral changes.
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention for patients, including the assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral issues.
• Adhere to clinical standards and ensure timely and comprehensive documentation of session notes.
• Foster a welcoming work culture that promotes a fun, collaborative, and co-learning environment, enhancing individual well-being, self-improvement, and potential.
• Execute other related duties and team functions as assigned by department and group leaders.
• Active New York State License (LMSW/MHC-LP) required.
• Candidates must be either license-eligible or possess an active associate-level license or permit (e.g., LMSW, LSW, LAC, MHC, or equivalent).
• Alternatively, candidates may have up to 2 years of post-licensure experience (not independently licensed).
• Completion of the required licensure examination is preferred where applicable.
• Certifications in specific modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) are advantageous.
• Educational background: Master’s in Social Work or a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related graduate field.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Psychotherapy (Practicum clinical experience is applicable).
• Outpatient experience is preferred.
• Experience with long-term therapy care models is preferred.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience or interest in working with couples is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Proficient in utilizing various technology platforms and systems (Google Suite, company-wide software and EHR platforms as applicable).
• Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude are required.
• 3 weeks of front-loaded PTO, plus milestone increases.
