This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a representative for members, serving as the initial point of contact for potential Entreprenista League members.
• Conduct exploratory calls with both new and existing members to identify their business needs and suggest appropriate programs and opportunities.
• Engage with prospective and current members via Zoom, managing 6–8 calls daily.
• Clarify how Entreprenista benefits members and guide them towards memberships, groups, events, and programs.
• Collaborate with the Community & Membership team to grasp offerings and enhance tailored recommendations.
• Daily management of the sales pipeline, participation in sales huddles, follow-up on discussions, and achieving or surpassing targets.
• Record member interactions, needs, and feedback using HubSpot and Google Sheets.
• Work collaboratively across departments to enhance the member journey and community experience.
• Represent the Entreprenista brand with professionalism, warmth, and curiosity.
• Boost member conversions and promote enrollment in revenue-generating programs such as Founders Weekend, Entreprenista Experts, and Power Groups.
• Monitor performance metrics and aid in community growth through personalized support.
• Demonstrated experience in a sales role, ideally in membership, community, or consultative sales.
• Established history in a customer success or sales capacity.
• Strong passion for empowering women founders and supporting female leaders.
• Enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and aiding women business owners.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to conduct and participate in 6–8 Zoom calls daily with enthusiasm and concentration.
• Strong listening abilities and skill in asking insightful questions to recommend suitable solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic remote environment.
• Organized and accountable, with experience in tracking performance, managing pipelines, and following up on leads.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Go High Level, Slack, Claude, Google Suite, and Zoom.
• Occasional travel may be necessary.
• Availability to attend periodic in-person events and member gatherings.
• Commitment to attending Founders Weekend in September 2027.
• Consultative approach focused on assisting individuals in finding the right fit rather than just making a quick sale.
• Energetic, growth-oriented, and driven to exceed targets.
• Collaborative and team-oriented.
• Hourly pay plus commission.
• Commission potential ranging from $5,000 to $10,000 per month following a two-month training period.
• Remote work environment.
