This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Assist in nurturing member relationships, onboarding processes, continuous engagement, communication efforts, retention strategies, and outreach activities.
• Keep accurate records of members, prospective members, stakeholders, and engagement activities within the CRM system.
• Organize outreach campaigns and communications that highlight Field to Market programs and the advantages of membership.
• Facilitate member engagement with the Fieldprint Platform, sustainability initiatives, and project resources.
• Create case studies, success narratives, presentations, handouts, onboarding documents, and outreach materials.
• Plan and manage member meetings, webinars, educational programs, and various events.
• Assist with event materials and follow-up communication with members after events.
• Represent Field to Market at both virtual and in-person events.
• Aid in fundraising efforts, sponsorship outreach, and grant application processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, governance groups, external partners, committees, sectors, and councils.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements and strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing environmental outcomes.
• Carry out additional stakeholder education, leadership, and assigned responsibilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in business, agriculture, sustainability, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience is necessary.
• Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience in coordinating virtual and in-person events, webinars, or meetings is preferred.
• Comfortable within a fast-paced, small office remote environment; proactive and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with a CRM system, with HubSpot being preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge or experience with sustainability or agricultural/environmental programs is preferred.
• Understanding of sustainability concepts, including greenhouse gas accounting, Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, regenerative agriculture, or sustainability standards relevant to the agricultural value chain is preferred.
• Ability to assist in strategic initiatives aimed at improving environmental outcomes.
