
Member Support Representative β Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Interact with members empathetically and patiently while managing live inbound calls.
β’ Record interactions and ongoing resolutions to facilitate smooth follow-up.
β’ Ensure member records are accurate and thoroughly maintained.
β’ Utilize internal tools and resources to verify eligibility and coverage provider benefits while effectively communicating this information to members during live calls.
β’ Address inquiries regarding the purpose and significance of telenutrition.
β’ Connect our members with suitable dietitians and identify appointment times that accommodate their schedules.
β’ Assist members in troubleshooting platform and account-related issues, providing basic technology support as needed.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve questions related to food delivery and grocery ordering.
β’ Maintain a strong sense of personal accountability when managing sensitive and protected information.
β’ Work closely with colleagues, leadership, and other internal departments to identify accurate solutions to complex challenges.
β’ Previous experience in a support role, whether in person or through live calls.
β’ Reliable high-speed internet access with minimum speeds of approximately 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
β’ Ability to convey complex information succinctly in writing.
β’ Experience handling sensitive and protected information, including PII and PHI, along with a basic understanding of HIPAA regulations.
β’ A completely private, secure, and quiet workspace is essential.
β’ Flexible availability, with a preference for working hours from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM PST.
β’ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various situations.
β’ Capability to manage multiple ongoing tasks without missing deadlines or cutoffs.
β’ Resilient and able to quickly adjust to changes in workflows and processes, smoothly pivoting when new information arises.
β’ Proficient in navigating knowledge bases and multiple systems simultaneously while remaining engaged in communication during live calls.
β’ Experienced in tackling complex problems that require critical thinking and resource navigation.
β’ Both independently motivated and team-oriented, allowing for effective time and task management to achieve personal goals while supporting peers and seeking assistance when necessary.
β’ Detail-oriented, committed to providing precise and comprehensive resolutions, and willing to take ownership of maintaining these standards.
β’ Goal-driven, with the ability to motivate oneself to meet both metric and quality objectives.
β’ Comfortable with both giving and receiving feedback, fostering communication between leadership and peers.
