This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.
• Address member inquiries through tickets and chat in a prompt and professional manner
• Assist in minimizing ticket backlog during high-demand periods
• Investigate issues related to member accounts and deliver accurate solutions
• Adhere to internal workflows and support procedures
• Escalate complex cases as necessary
• Maintain elevated quality standards and service level agreement (SLA) performance
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient support operations
• Prior experience in Customer Support or Member Support positions
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Capability to adhere to processes and work independently
• Strong attention to detail along with problem-solving abilities
• Ability to swiftly adjust to changing priorities
• Must **not have a conflicting permanent full-time job** that would restrict availability during business hours
• Availability to assist during the day when backlog support is necessary
• Willingness to work on weekends is required
