Member Services Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Leverage Associate KPI data along with real-time interaction assessments to create tailored, behavior-focused coaching plans for each team member.

• Deliver regular, practical feedback and hands-on coaching to facilitate ongoing enhancements in both Member Experience and productivity.

• Ensure the operational integrity of your team by verifying the accuracy of timecards and ensuring that all performance management documentation is accurate and submitted promptly.

• Conduct effective virtual team huddles and one-on-one meetings that translate our brand’s high standards into daily practices.

• Act as the final point of contact for Members requiring additional assistance and exemplify outstanding service.

• Make active contributions to operational advancements by recognizing trends, gaps, and opportunities based on frontline insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 3-5 years of experience in a Member Contact Center environment (e-commerce or luxury retail is highly valued) with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.

• Proficient in relevant computer applications and capable of navigating multiple systems simultaneously.

• Must be available to work any shift from Monday to Sunday between 9am and 9pm EST.
