Member Services Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Manage all customer inquiries across various channels such as phone, web, electronic, and in-person interactions.

• Introduce and discuss our products and services while fostering and maintaining positive relationships.

• Ensure that all customer needs are fully addressed in a timely manner, without the need for escalation.

• Assist sales representatives by organizing onsite and/or community-based educational meetings when business needs allow.

• Conduct telephone, electronic, and face-to-face communications in a professional and effective manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.

• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.

• Proven ability in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

• Familiarity with the company and its products to effectively up-sell and advocate for the products and the company.
