This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist Evo members as a primary Member Service Agent and representative of Evo.
• Function within a virtual 24/7 call center setting.
• Respond to Member inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Deliver customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
• Recognize opportunities to empower Members and foster enduring relationships.
• Execute administrative tasks based on the changing needs of the department.
• Engage actively in job-specific training programs.
• Work flexible shifts during the day, afternoon, or evening, which may include weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
• A minimum of six months of post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field, and/or a blend of education and experience.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in customer service, ideally within a call center environment.
• Strong technical abilities and eagerness to learn PowerBI, Verint, Service Now, Amazon Connect, Workplace, Google Maps, and EVO Car Sharing Software.
• Quick typing skills at a minimum of 40 words per minute are an advantage.
• Proactive approach and capability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Positive demeanor and ability to excel in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Innovative problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong analytical and organizational competencies.
• Active listening skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Availability may be needed on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
• Capability to work remotely as part of a virtual 24/7 call center.
• Successful completion of a background check, which may include criminal, identification, and reference checks.
• Shift differentials for hours after 6 PM and on Sundays.
