This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Manage incoming calls from members with professionalism and care.
• Advocate for members to guarantee they receive the necessary support and care.
• Offer education and guidance regarding Point32Health benefits while taking ownership of each interaction.
• Aid members in understanding and accessing their benefits, as well as instructing them on the use of self-service tools.
• Accurately document call details and member interactions while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve complex issues.
• An associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred customer service experience in healthcare, call center, or corporate office environments.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Previous experience in training and working in a virtual or remote setting.
