This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist with Team Member Relations case workflows, which include intake routing, quality checks on documentation, data entry, and updates within the TMR case management system.
• Manage operational case investigations independently, ensuring timely progress, adequate documentation, and preparedness for audits or escalation reviews.
• Oversee background check procedures, monitor outcomes, escalate concerns, and collaborate with vendors and HR partners to address discrepancies.
• Utilize adjudication guidelines to identify compliance, EEOC, or risk issues, ensuring proper escalation and documentation.
• Organize the collection, tracking, and follow-up of documents for immigration and work authorization processes.
• Act as a consistent operational resource for immigration-related inquiries.
• Assist in generating standard reports, dashboards, and metrics, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Evaluate operational data to uncover trends, gaps, or recurring issues and present insights for leadership consideration.
• Adhere to TMR operational procedures and escalation protocols; identify and escalate any issues or gaps.
• Suggest procedural improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, or risk mitigation.
• Aid in the review, maintenance, and updates of enterprise-wide TMR and related HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct operational impact assessments and pinpoint process gaps.
• Engage in cross-functional projects related to enterprise initiatives, system implementations, compliance programs, or operational enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Team Member Services, Legal, and vendors to resolve operational challenges.
• Take part in process improvements, document updates, and system enhancement testing.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with company policies, privacy standards, and legal requirements.
• Ensure records are defensible for internal reviews, external audits, or regulatory responses.
• Complete mandatory company training, adhere to company policies, and undertake other assigned responsibilities.
• Familiarity with HR operations, employee relations processes, or case management systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Capability to follow established procedures and timelines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and HR systems.
• Ability to exercise judgment within defined operational and compliance frameworks.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: substantial background in HR operations, project management, policy development, and process enhancement.
• Preferred: experience in conducting workplace investigations, HR case management, and/or background screening systems.
