This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify, cultivate, and secure new member opportunities within your designated area — focusing on the approximately 3,000 independent operators in the market, which represents the largest growth potential.
• Achieve individual and collective revenue goals through membership, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Serve as the main point of contact for around 50 members in your territory, managing relationships, renewals, and growth discussions from start to finish.
• Provide value-driven, consultative account management that safeguards retention across your portfolio.
• Organize regional networking events and represent ukactive at significant industry events — including PerformX, Elevate, FIBO, and Strategic Partner Group gatherings.
• Keep a precise pipeline and forecast in Salesforce, utilizing member data to guide sales-driven decisions.
• Over 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles, with a demonstrated history of achieving revenue targets.
• Strong credentials in account management — capable of nurturing and retaining commercial relationships, not solely initiating them.
• Consultative and customer-centric approach, equipped to provide genuine value during discussions.
• Resilient with a proactive mindset — approachable, inquisitive, and never aggressive.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities, with the credibility to represent ukactive in external engagements.
• Detail-oriented and responsible, comfortable navigating targets, forecasts, and CRM data (experience with Salesforce is preferred).
