β’ Plan, organize, and implement small projects as assigned.
β’ Oversee customer remediation for all relevant field actions.
β’ Track and report on the budget for field actions, including both expenses incurred and forecasts.
β’ Develop the necessary expertise in all databases that contain product data for the platform (SAP, SharePoint).
β’ Acquire a comprehensive understanding of processes related to field actions and recalls.
β’ Support Senior Project Managers in preparing the remediation team for upcoming field actions.
β’ Reach out to customers to arrange remediation projects, which includes creating detailed project schedules with them.
β’ A minimum of a High School Diploma is required; a higher degree is preferred.
β’ Exceptional writing skills with the ability to convey information accurately and succinctly in English.
β’ Quick to acquire new technical skills.
β’ Strong customer service abilities and a positive demeanor.
β’ Capable of explaining complex technical concepts in simple terms.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Salesforce.
β’ Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
β’ Preferably two or more years of experience in project management.
β’ Prior experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical device, pharmaceuticals, automotive, aerospace) is preferred.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
