This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the senior expert on Meditech, offering strategic direction throughout the pre-contract and planning stages.
β’ Spearhead the comprehensive MaaS implementation across various hospital facilities, overseeing scope, timeline, budget, and quality assurance.
β’ Collaborate directly with Meditech's implementation team to manage phase gates, workflow evaluations, standard content rollout, and readiness for go-live.
β’ Supervise all clinical, revenue cycle, and operational workstreams, including the integration of third-party systems.
β’ Direct the transition from a legacy EHR system to Meditech Expanse, focusing on data conversion planning, interface development oversight, and the decommissioning of legacy systems.
β’ Work alongside change management, training, and at-the-elbow (ATE) support teams.
β’ Relay project updates, risks, and resource requirements to executive leadership at both Ellit Groups and the client organization.
β’ Build and oversee the implementation team, including the recruitment of subject matter experts across clinical, revenue cycle, and informatics areas.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in Meditech implementation, with a minimum of 2 implementations utilizing MaaS.
β’ Proven track record as a Program Director, Project Director, or PMO leader for a Meditech implementation.
β’ In-depth knowledge of the MaaS delivery model, encompassing standard content, pod architecture, and Meditech's phase gate methodology.
β’ Experience with transitioning EHR systems from Cerner/Oracle Health, Epic, or other legacy platforms to Meditech Expanse (strongly preferred).
β’ Comprehensive understanding of clinical (PCS, EDM, OM), revenue cycle, pharmacy, and ambulatory modules.
β’ Experience in managing complex third-party integration environments involving 10 or more vendor integrations.
β’ Strong executive presence with the capability to present confidently to C-suite stakeholders.
β’ PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
β’ Willingness to travel to client sites in the Northeastern United States as needed.
