Medior 3D XR Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• As an XR Developer in our Education project team, you will be tasked with the technical execution of cutting-edge medical simulations.

• You will collaborate in a high-performance setting with top-tier 3D artists and medical specialists to develop scalable, AI-enhanced training modules.

• Unity Development: Create clean, modular C# code to design interactive medical procedures, ensuring that systems are adaptable enough for use across a variety of surgical and anesthetic modules.

• Art-to-Engine Integration: Collaborate closely with our 3D artists to connect high-fidelity assets with engine performance.

• AI Implementation: Actively research and incorporate AI tools to enhance development workflows and develop dynamic, non-linear training scenarios.

• Clinical Logic Programming: Convert complex medical protocols into robust state-machine logic, guaranteeing that virtual medical equipment and patient responses mimic real-life Operating Room behavior.

• Data & Interoperability: Apply standards like xAPI telemetry to monitor student progress and ensure that modules interact seamlessly with centralized digital infrastructures and Learning Management Systems (LRS).

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on 3D Development: You possess 2–5 years of professional experience in creating real-time Unity applications and environments, managing projects from concept through to delivery.

• Advanced Unity Expertise: You are highly skilled in Unity and are confident in shipping features, enhancing existing systems, and addressing complex technical challenges.

• Production Team Experience: You have experience working in game studios, XR agencies, or industrial simulation companies, and understand the requirements for delivering real-world 3D projects.

• Bonus: Simulation-Driven Work: You have a background in developing digital training, serious games, or simulation-based projects where accuracy, usability, and performance are paramount.
