This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Engaging with both internal and external clients to facilitate and enhance effective communication that leads to operational excellence.
• Potentially acting as the main writer responsible for creating and contributing to routine deliverables, such as medical information documents.
• Ensuring adherence to relevant SOPs, WIs, quality processes, and documentation requirements.
• Assisting in identifying best practices to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Supporting program management tasks, which may include developing timelines and budgets for assigned deliverables and monitoring deliverable metrics.
• A Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or an equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
• Prior experience that equips you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the role (approximately 2+ years).
• Experience in the pharmaceutical/CRO industry is preferred.
• Background in scientific writing is advantageous.
• Strong medical writing abilities, including grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Capability to interpret and present complex data clearly and concisely.
• Proficient administrative, organizational, and planning skills; keen attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Solid understanding of regulatory documentation and the drug development process.
• Competent computer skills, adept with client templates; familiarity with document management systems and other relevant applications (e.g., Excel, Outlook).
• Exposure to electrical office equipment.
• Occasional requirement for long, varied hours.
