This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Advocate for the company's products in an academic capacity within the designated region and meet defined work goals.
• Develop consistent academic communication channels with healthcare professionals.
• Engage in ongoing, standardized exchanges of medical and product information.
• Fulfill all company-required reporting obligations.
• Gather insights on market developments and product-related information in compliance with company guidelines.
• Implement company marketing strategies while adhering strictly to the OEC policy.
• Timely report any adverse drug events associated with company products and assist in the collection of pharmacovigilance information as necessary.
• Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Maintain the company's values, integrity, and compliance principles.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in hematology, biopharmaceuticals, or specialty drugs.
• Experience in foreign-funded enterprises is preferred.
• Possess excellent academic expertise and strong judgment skills.
• Strong communication and language expression abilities.
• Passionate about the role, responsible, and able to handle work-related pressure.
• Demonstrated teamwork and a willingness to work hard.
